Job Title: Medical Device Manufacturing Technician
Location: Eden Prairie, MN (Onsite)

Job Summary
Seeking a Medical Device Manufacturing Technician with 2–3 years of experience in medical device manufacturing to support production, assembly, testing, and process activities in a regulated cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform medical device manufacturing and assembly in a cleanroom environment.
  • Support tissue processing, device preparation, and production operations.
  • Conduct inspections, functional testing, and quality documentation.
  • Assist engineering teams with process development, troubleshooting, validations, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and record process data using SPC methodologies.
  • Maintain GMP-compliant production records and documentation.
  • Manage inventory, materials, and production supplies.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and R&D teams.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of medical device manufacturing experience.
  • Cleanroom manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge of inspections, functional testing, and quality documentation.
  • Experience with SPC and regulated manufacturing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
