$1,000 Signing Bonus | Mondayโ€“Friday | 7:00amโ€“3:30pm | No Weekends

Continental Engineering & Manufacturing (CEM) is a family-owned company with over 42 years of stability, growth, and zero layoffs. We are hiring an experienced CNC Set-Up Machinist III for our Frazee, MN location.

This is not an entry-level operator position. Candidates must have prior true set-up experience, including the ability to tear down completed jobs and fully set up new jobs, not just change tooling or adjust offsets.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Tear down and set up CNC jobs from start to finish
  • Produce first-run parts and verify quality
  • Read and edit FANUC programs
  • Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
  • Support operators and improve processes
  • Inspect parts to print and tolerance requirements

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of CNC machining experience
  • Strong set-up experience required
  • Ability to read blueprints and work orders
  • Experience with gauges and inspection tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and machining math skills
  • Dependable and safety-focused
