Job description

Joining Desert Orthopaedic Center's front desk staff means playing a vital role in our patients' care. Our front desk receptionists are often the first point of contact for patients checking in or with general questions. This position requires a calm and friendly demeanor when providing patient care.

Your responsibilities will include checking patients in and out, ensuring their information is accurate, and updating any necessary details before their visit. You may also assist with rescheduling appointments, explaining benefits, and addressing any patient concerns.

This is an entry-level, full-time position that offers on-the-job training and opportunities for growth within the company, making it a great way to jumpstart your medical career!

Please note that candidates must be willing to travel to our five locations across the valley throughout the week.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in medical front desk preferred
  • Excellent computer skills - EMR/EMA knowledge a plus
  • Experience with Nevada insurance verification and benefits
  • Must enjoy working with patients in a fast paced environment
  • Team player with excellent communication-verbal and written-skills
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Must be flexible and reliable in regards to schedule and location
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Bilingual is a plus

Requirements:
