What is a Medical Assistant sign-on bonus?

A Medical Assistant sign-on bonus is a financial incentive offered by healthcare employers to attract new medical assistants to join their organization. This bonus is typically paid out after the employee has been hired and may require the completion of a certain probationary period or a minimum employment commitment. The amount and terms of the sign-on bonus can vary depending on the employer, location, and current demand for medical assistants.
