Description

Founded in 1912, Devereux operates a comprehensive national network of clinical, therapeutic, educational and employment programs that positively impact the lives of 10,000+ children, adults - and their families - every year.    

The Program Director provides oversight of the development and operations of the Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) program. On a macro level, this includes the strategic and operational leadership of the TFC program to ensure high-quality delivery of services and program growth; securing necessary funding streams or other financial resources for expansion and sustainability; oversight of the budget and personnel to ensure effective management, compliance with policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to program policies and guidelines; collaborating with staff and external stakeholders on programming and program development while ensuring program quality and sustainability. On a micro level, this includes knowledge and implementation of all foster care-related regulations and standards, facilitating foster parent recruitment, retention, and licensure.

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Master's degree in a human services-related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a licensed child placing agency or state child placement agency
  • One (1) year supervisory experience required
  • Works in office and home or community settings as well as throughout the service area, its premises and in the community

OTHER:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)
  • Valid New Mexico Driver's License & pass DMV 36-month history check
  • Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)
  • Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
  • Ability to attend full time New Hire Orientation Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (paid)
