What You Will Do

  • Own and manage affiliate marketing programs across a portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless execution, strong partner relationships, and measurable business impact.
  • Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of affiliate programs across verticals and platforms, ensuring initiatives align with broader marketing goals and deliver against client KPIs.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize affiliate campaigns end-to-end, including account setup, partner recruitment, offer strategy, performance tracking, and ongoing program management.
  • Analyze campaign performance using platform reporting and partner insights; identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable optimizations that improve efficiency and scale.
  • Build and grow high-impact partner ecosystems by vetting new publishers, negotiating placements, and strengthening relationships with top-performing partners and platforms.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, proactive recommendations, and timely responses to all program-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Brand, Creative, and Analytics teams to translate high-level marketing objectives into tactical affiliate solutions that drive full-funnel performance.
  • Develop and maintain structured testing roadmaps (e.g., partner mix, commission strategies, placements) to continuously improve program outcomes and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitive activity; proactively introduce innovative approaches that keep PMG and clients at the forefront of affiliate marketing.
  • Identify process improvements and scalable solutions that enhance team efficiency, campaign accuracy, and overall program performance.

What You Will Bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital media, with hands-on experience managing affiliate programs and partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate platforms and ecosystems (e.g., Impact, CJ, Rakuten), including tracking, attribution, and partner management best practices.
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data, identify insights, and translate them into optimization strategies that drive measurable results (e.g., revenue growth, efficiency gains).
  • Experience recruiting, vetting, and scaling partnerships across content, loyalty, influencer, and technology partners.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Effective communicator who can simplify complex performance insights and clearly articulate recommendations to clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across Strategy, Creative, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and accountability.
