Job description

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a highly supportive and collegial outpatient practice in Southwest Indiana. This is a full-time hospital-employed position offering flexible practice options, excellent compensation, and academic opportunities if desired.


Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive guaranteed base salary $250,000 – $260,000 plus wRVU bonus structure
• Sign-on bonus, early signing stipend, and relocation assistance up to $10,000
• 31 days PTO plus 5 days CME and $5,000 CME allowance

• Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic (hospital-employed)
• Schedule: Flexible schedule with optional 4-day work week
• Dedicated administrative time included
• Option to combine outpatient practice with:
– Residency Faculty role (Indiana University School of Medicine affiliated program), or
– Hospitalist role (optional)
• Established patient panel of 400+ patients due to retirement
• Support team includes physician and 2 APPs
• Call Schedule: Phone-only call, 1:4 rotation
• EMR System: EPIC with AI-assisted documentation

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
