The Role and What You'll Do:

The Coordinator, Media Sales is a key contributor within the media sales team, supporting the identification, development, and execution of advertising, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities across broadcast, digital, and other media platforms. This is a collaborative, execution-focused role that helps translate sales strategies into actionable plans that drive revenue growth and support business objectives.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support sales initiatives while executing day-to-day responsibilities that contribute to team success.

  • Support the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of media sales opportunities across broadcast, digital, and sponsorship platforms
  • Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients and advertising opportunities
  • Develop pitch materials, presentations, and proposals for prospective and existing clients
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new revenue opportunities
  • Coordinate internal workflows across marketing, legal, finance, and operations teams to support deal execution
  • Track sales performance, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure successful execution and reporting
  • Support client relationship management through day-to-day communication and delivery of key materials
  • Contribute to new business efforts, including research, ideation, and preparation for pitches and RFPs
  • Assist with advertising campaigns, sponsorship activations, and promotional initiatives tied to events or media content
  • Maintain organized documentation of contracts, partnership terms, and pipeline activity
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging media platforms, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities

You Have These:

  • 0-3 years of experience in media sales, advertising, business development, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating presentations and client-facing materials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support insight-driven decision-making
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong internal and external relationships
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Interest in media, advertising, and sales environments

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$21.75 hourly(minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum wage thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:

$29.00 hourly
