About the Role

Are you passionate about the evolving landscape of digital advertising and Connected TV (CTV)? Join our innovative team at Apple Valley News Now and Phase 3 Digital, where you'll lead the charge in helping local businesses thrive through powerful digital marketing and streaming strategies.

As a Media Sales Executive, your primary focus will be driving revenue through dynamic digital ad solutions - including OTT/CTV, programmatic display, social media, and more. You'll also have the opportunity to incorporate traditional television into well-rounded campaigns, ensuring clients receive the best mix of modern and legacy media to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead with digital: build strategic, data-driven campaigns across CTV, OTT, streaming audio, programmatic, and social platforms.

Identify new prospects and present forward-thinking marketing strategies tailored to their digital goals.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns and optimize client results.

Maintain a working knowledge of linear TV offerings to supplement digital campaigns when appropriate.

Stay current with trends in digital advertising and streaming technology.

Consistently meet and exceed digital revenue goals.

What You Bring

Demonstrated success in digital advertising sales, particularly CTV/OTT and streaming media.

Deep understanding of digital metrics, targeting, attribution, and campaign strategy.

Strong communication, storytelling, and consultative selling skills.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving media landscape.

Familiarity with the Yakima/Tri-Cities market is a plus.

Experience with traditional TV advertising is welcome, but not required.

The compensation range for this role is $45,000 per year - $150,000 per year which includes a monthly draw + supplemental pay including commission
