Their roles can include journalists, editors, producers, photographers, videographers, and public relations specialists. Media professionals play a crucial role in informing, educating, and entertaining the public by ensuring that content is accurate, engaging, and relevant. We are seeking a proactive and collaborative paid media professional to support the growth and evolution of Deloitte's centralized paid media capabilities on behalf of the U.S. Firm.

In this role, you will help translate business and marketing priorities into paid media strategies, support campaign planning and activation across key business areas, partner with internal stakeholders and agency teams, and contribute to the success of Deloitte's audience-led marketing approach. The One Paid Media team manages centralized paid media strategy, planning, activation, measurement, and governance across the U.S. Firm.

As the organization continues to expand its audience-led marketing approach, this role will help connect business priorities to paid media strategy and execution, working closely with marketers, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.

  • Support planning and execution across a variety of paid media channels, including paid social, paid search, programmatic, ABM/OBM, and publisher-direct programs.
  • Help develop audience, channel, budget, and media recommendations that align with stakeholder objectives and business priorities.
  • Review campaign performance and develop insights and recommendations to improve results and inform future planning.
  • Communicate campaign status, results, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Support development of playbooks, best practices, templates, and process improvements that help scale Deloitte's paid media capabilities.
  • Stay informed of changes and trends across the paid media landscape and share recommendations with stakeholders and team members.

Successful Candidates Should Possess

  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience presenting ideas, providing rationale, and making recommendations to leaders and their teams.
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a virtual team environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in paid media, advertising, media strategy, campaign planning, digital marketing, agency operations, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting paid media campaigns across one or more channels such as paid social, paid search, display, programmatic, ABM/OBM, or publisher-direct media.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
