The Product team is responsible for defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for IQVIA Digital's portfolio of data, technology, and media solutions. Through close partnership with clients and cross-functional collaboration with Go-to-Market, Technology, Data Management, and Operations teams, the team translates market insights and customer needs into innovative, scalable products. Media OS is a foundational pillar of IQVIA Digital's growth strategy, particularly as we scale agency partnerships and deepen our focus on customer-centric marketing. The platform plays a critical role in how IQVIA activates its differentiated healthcare data across digital channels, powering media execution, informing planning decisions, and driving measurable outcomes.


The Product Owner will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for a specific area of Media OS, with a focus on growing media and digital data spend that originates in or is executed through the platform. This includes partnering cross-functionally with engineering, GTM, client services, and strategy teams to deliver best-in-class capabilities across audience creation, planning, and activation.

Job Overview
Owns the roadmap for integrations between our internal platform and third-party AdTech, marketing, and SaaS systems. This role delivers incremental value aligned to defined business goals, driving execution across audience creation, planning, ad buying, and measurement workflows. This candidate will also build trust with engineers and other internal stakeholders, contribute to product strategy, and ensure integrations are robust, scalable, and aligned with client and business needs.
Essential Functions:

  • Builds and executes a roadmap for integrations with third-party platforms such as DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, CRMs, etc. to support omnichannel healthcare marketing.
  • Develops strong, collaborative relationships across engineering, client services, operations and GTM teams.
  • Translates roadmap initiatives into actionable user stories and detailed requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Owns the full lifecycle of platform integrations-including planning, implementation, testing, release coordination, and support-for use cases including audience activation, ad buying and delivery, and measurement.
  • Leads product discovery to improve predictability and ROI for development efforts.
  • Prioritizes backlog items based on impact, feasibility, and alignment to broader product strategy.
  • Partners with support, engineering, and operations teams to triage and resolve platform or integration-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Supports internal enablement through documentation, training, demos, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Monitors product health and performance, resolves issues, and incorporates internal and client feedback into future iterations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, quantitative, or related liberal arts field (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or similar), or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of product management or product ownership experience, ideally within AdTech, MarTech, or digital media.
  • Experience managing SaaS platform integrations and third-party partnerships, including onboarding third-party data, resolving identities, and activating audiences across media platforms.
  • Familiarity with systems like The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, Snowflake, and Salesforce is a plus.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $88,100.00 - $220,200.00.
