Job description

Calvary Church is seeking a Director of Media to lead and oversee our media ministry. This full-time, on-site leadership position plays a vital role in advancing the mission of Calvary through strategic communication, creative media, and technology.

Responsibilities include:

  • Website and app management
  • Livestream production and oversight
  • Social media strategy and content management
  • Video production and editing
  • Photography and visual storytelling
  • Collaboration with ministry leaders on events and communication initiatives
  • Strategic planning for media and technology growth
  • Team leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, experience in media production and digital platforms, a creative and innovative mindset, and a heart for serving in ministry. Experience with video production, livestreaming, social media management, and Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Committed follower of Jesus Christ
  • Willing to become a member of Calvary Church
  • Ability to support and uphold Calvary’s mission, values, and philosophy of ministry
  • Full-time, on-site position in Charlotte, NC

Experience and training:

  • 5+ years of management experience preferred
