Job Purpose:
The Recruiter is responsible for driving candidate attraction and engagement through all Social Media platforms, such as, but not limited to; LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This role partners with the Social Media Coordinator to execute recruiting campaigns, develop targeted messaging, and build talent pipelines for field, shop, and office positions.
This position focuses on recruiting strategy, candidate engagement, and campaign effectiveness, while collaborating on content creation and digital execution. The role has the opportunity to expand based on the individual's strengths in sourcing, content strategy, analytics, or employer branding.
Description of Essential Duties:
  • Partner with the Social Media Coordinator to plan and execute recruiting campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Develop recruiting strategies targeting field, shop, and office talent through social platforms.
  • Identify target audiences and guide messaging to attract qualified candidates.
  • Engage directly with candidates through comments, messages, and social groups.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using social platforms and community engagement.
  • Collaborate on content ideas, provide recruiting insights, job-specific messaging, and campaign direction.
  • Support job promotion through organic and paid social efforts (in coordination with Social Media Coordinator).
  • Screen and qualify candidates generated through social channels.
  • Track and report on recruiting campaign performance (applicants, engagement, conversion, time-to-fill).
  • Continuously test and improve recruiting strategies based on data and platform trends.
  • Stay current on social recruiting trends, tools, and platform best practices.
  • Partnership with Social Media Coordinator
    • Provide recruiting priorities, hiring needs, and target audience insights.
    • Collaborate on content calendars and campaign planning.
    • Contribute ideas for videos, posts, and storytelling that highlight jobs and company culture.
    • Align on branding, voice, and consistency across platforms.
    • Support content captured when needed (e.g., field/shop visits), while leveraging the coordinator for production and posting.

Qualification Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or social media-driven engagement.
  • Vast understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok as recruiting tools.
  • Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
  • Ability to translate hiring needs into targeted outreach strategies.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple open roles and campaigns.
  • Preferred / Expandable Skill Areas
    • Content ideation or on-camera presence, preferred.
    • Social media analytics and campaign optimization.
    • Paid social recruiting (Meta ads, boosting strategies).
    • Employer brand initiatives.
    • Advanced sourcing techniques beyond social platforms.
    • Process improvement or recruiting technology enhancements.
