Description & Requirements
The Social Media Associate is responsible for executing the organization's social media marketing strategy, including profile management, content creation, campaign coordination, analytics, reporting, and paid advertising.
This role involves writing engaging copy for platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The associate will also develop analytics reports, evaluate performance data, and provide recommendations to enhance engagement and overall social media effectiveness.
What You Will Do:
  • Continuously develop & execute the firm's social media marketing strategy across all social media platforms
  • Write unique & compelling copy for posts & campaigns to be published on all social media platforms
  • Utilize Sprout Social to automate & optimize content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, & YouTube
  • Work with internal clients to strategically develop paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms
  • Build & analyze reports to measure social media performance & make strategic recommendations to increase engagement
  • Monitor firm mentions to assess audience engagement & respond to mentions & comments
  • Communicate effectively with internal clients to provide guidance & training on best practices & techniques to align with social media strategy
  • Evaluate competitive benchmarks, new technologies, & social media platforms to identify opportunities for growth & improvement
  • Manage time wisely to simultaneously work on multiple projects & meet aggressive deadlines
  • Exhibit a desire for continuous growth & development, welcoming constructive feedback & coaching

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of relevant marketing & digital marketing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
