Job description

Inside Sales Representative (Real Estate Media)

About Watson Media House

Watson Media House is a full-service real estate media company delivering high-quality photography, videography, virtual tours, and branding content for agents. We work with over 1,000 agents, including many top producers, across Northwest Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas City, and Tulsa.

We're looking for a driven, personable salesperson to own new client acquisition and turn new agents into loyal, repeat clients. Prior sales experience is required. No real estate experience needed, we'll train you on our services and systems, but you should already be comfortable picking up the phone and hitting numbers.

What You'll Do

  • Cold call and prospect real estate agents by phone, text, email, and social media. Phone is the core of the job and your biggest driver of results.
  • Offer new agents an intro deal on our premium packages to earn their first booking.
  • Follow up consistently and convert those agents into repeat, full-price clients.
  • Reactivate past clients who've gone quiet using our win-back system.
  • Get in front of agents in person a few times a month: office stop-bys, coffee meetings, and local real estate events.
  • Keep your pipeline clean and current in our CRM.
  • Hit clear weekly outreach and booking targets.
  • Work market by market as we direct, starting with Northwest Arkansas.
  • Represent the Watson Media House brand with professionalism and pride.

What We're Looking For

  • Experienced in Sales: Prior sales experience required. B2B or service-based sales a strong plus.
  • Great on the Phone: Confident, natural, and comfortable with cold outreach and follow-up calls.
  • Consistent & Organized: Follow-up is where deals are won. You never let leads slip.
  • Self-Motivated: You stay productive without someone standing over you.
  • Numbers-Driven: You know your targets and you chase them.
  • People-Oriented: You build real relationships, not one-off transactions.
  • Coachable: You follow our sales process and are open to feedback.

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience (phone sales a strong plus).
  • Based in Northwest Arkansas, comfortable getting to offices and events regularly.
  • Comfortable working in a CRM.
  • Reliable computer, phone, and internet connection.

Pay & Benefits

  • $36k per year base salary plus uncapped commission. You earn on every new client you land, and again as they keep booking. Realistic first-year total of $75,000+ for a strong performer, with room above that as you ramp.
  • Simple, transparent commission, paid every pay period, tied directly to the clients you bring in.
  • Room to grow into sales leadership as we expand markets.
  • Full onboarding on our services, pricing, CRM, and outreach systems.

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time, W-2 Employee
  • Pay: $36k per year base + uncapped commission ($75,000+ realistic first year)
  • Location: Southwest Missouri (in-person)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
