Job Description:
Job Summary:
The coordinator will develop a keen understanding of the system's brand standards and strategies, as well as trends and best practices to execute top-of-market content ideation, publication and tracking of social content for a series of the company's brand presences. We are looking for a candidate with initiative to join a creative and collaborative environment.
The coordinator will work closely with the Brand Manager and must demonstrate proactivity, strategy, creativity, project management, attention to detail and professionalism.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Oversee and participate in the creation and publishing of social content on all platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other emerging platforms
  • Research, develop and implement effective social media strategies
  • Analyze week-to-week analytics and demonstrate agility to make content changes based on data
  • Develop and drive social content calendar; work closely with department heads to align social campaigns to brand's services, content, and business priorities.
  • Foster working relationships with team members and community partners
  • Design work may be required and should follow brand standards
  • Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative social marketing campaigns
  • Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, visual communication, etc.)
  • Maintain brand standards and style across all social media platforms and brands
  • Actively contribute to a collaborative, high performing and engaged marketing team
  • Ensure creative for social media undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • A strong eye for visual composition and attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism
  • Strong organization, project management and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency with social media analysis tools
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills

Experience and Education Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, journalism or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ year's relevant experience with project management responsibilities
  • Demonstrated technical skills in analytics, writing, project management, and social media
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs, Adobe/Canva/Hootsuite skills a plus

Supervisory Requirements:
  • None.

Employment Requirements:
  • Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect and fingerprint check.
  • Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.
  • All training requirements including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.
  • Current driver's license, acceptable driving record and current auto insurance.

Physical Requirements:
ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up the 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.
Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
