Job description

Responsible for accurately collecting and entering patient medication histories into the hospital's information system for utilization by the Physician responsible for admitting, discharging, or releasing the patient from the hospital. Is responsible for relaying any issues that cannot be addressed by the assistant to the pharmacist.
Qualifications:
H.S. graduate with a certified Pharmacy Technician License or one (1) year pharmacy experience. Must be able to interpret and perform mathematical computations. Obtain and maintain a certified pharmacy technician certificate from a nationally recognized program within one (1) year from date of hire, if not already certified. Must obtain and maintain a current NYS Pharmacy Technician License within one (1) year from date of hire; if not already certified.
Salary: $18.84 - $27.20/ hourly
Part-time, rotating 10-hour shifts, weekends required
