Summary
Responsible for washing dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, kitchen equipment and return to proper areas. Cleans and sanitizes kitchen areas and equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Clean cookware and utensils and store inverted in appropriate areas.
Collect cookware from cooking areas and stage according to specifications.
Prepare dish area and maintain dish machine for operation (water levels, temperature, and cleanliness)
Keep kitchen area clean by sweeping, lifting mats, mopping, dusting and cleaning equipment.
Clean and sanitize Pastry Shop and other cookware areas.
Setup breakdown area with racks, silver tubs, soap, sanitizer, storage racks and floor mats.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas.
Maintain pars for cleaned kitchen equipment in kitchen, lines and outlets.
Close-up dish room and pot washing areas to accepted standards.
Familiar with the Casino and the outlets.
Ability to understand and abide by Cache Creek Casino Resort policies and standards.
Promote Cache Creek Casino Resort in a positive manner.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
