Job Summary Description
As part of his duties, the lift mechanic participates in the maintenance, inspection, improvement and repair of mountain equipment. He/she also ensures compliance with the company's vision, values, policies and procedures, including the requirements of the Z98 standard and workplace safety.
Roles and responsibilities
  • Carry out required repairs on the lifts;
  • Perform routine inspections (structural, electrical and hydraulic components, engine checks, etc.);
  • Prepare and carry out inspections of cables, handholds and sheave trains (disassembly, cleaning, assembly);
  • Perform preventive maintenance;
  • Complete various reports and perform tests on equipment;
  • Read blueprints;
  • Drive machinery (bomber, loader, all-terrain vehicle).
The list of tasks is not exhaustive and represents an overview of the tasks that the incumbent will have to accomplish.

Schedule and duration
Full time permanent position;
Availability to work a varied schedule (weekdays, evenings and holidays) including weekends during the winter period.

Mechanical training or aptitude (an asset);
