Job Responsibilities:

  • Review of worksheets, coordination, and adjustment of activities according to production needs.
  • Random samples one time of the month for USPA SAMPLES REGULATIONS.
  • Check and verify that the pallet quantity and weight are correct.
  • Help manager with special projects
  • Close work orders and adjust them in the system.
  • Assisting with documents and plans using (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Also assist production needs, for example: labels and gloves

Requirements & skills:

  • Bilingual- Spanish & English preferred.
  • Microsoft exp- Excel, SAP
  • Effective communicator.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask/Flexible.
  • Team-oriented.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Warehouse/Logistics background preferred
