Clean Eatz is seeking a dedicated and skilled team member to join our dynamic kitchen team. This position combines the roles of a Line Cook and Meal Prep Assembler to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen and the timely preparation of high-quality, nutritious meals.

Responsibilities:

  • Line Cook Duties:
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Clean Eatz recipes and specifications.
  • Ensure proper portion control and presentation of dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cooking station.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Meal Prep Assembler Duties:
  • Assemble and package meal prep items following established guidelines.
  • Ensure accuracy in portioning and packaging of meals.
  • Label and date all prepared items for storage and inventory purposes.
  • Assist in organizing and managing inventory to minimize waste.
  • General Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Clean Eatz team.
