Description:
The Marketing Vendor Relationship Co-Op/MDF Coordinator is responsible for managing relationships with manufacturer partners, coordinating marketing development funds (MDF), co-op programs, and ensuring all vendor-funded marketing activities are completed accurately and on schedule. This role works closely with the marketing team, sales teams, and vendor contacts to maximize available funding and support Ford Audio-Video's marketing strategies. This role is Part-Time.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain vendor relationships related to co-op and MDF programs.
  • Track available funds, deadlines, program requirements, and claim status.
  • Submit and monitor MDF/co-op funding requests, reimbursements, and required documentation.
  • Coordinate marketing activities funded by vendors, such as events, digital campaigns and product promotions.
  • Ensure all marketing projects meet vendor brand guidelines and program compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of expenses, approvals, and reporting requirements.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities to use MDF/co-op funding effectively.
  • Create and deliver periodic reports on fund usage, performance, and opportunities.
  • Assist the marketing team with general project coordination and communication.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).#Track available funds, deadlines, program requirements, and claim status.#Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.#Excellent written and verbal communication skills.#Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with project management tools is helpful.#Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.#Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
