$120,000 - $150,000 yearly

• Lead family law litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring clients receive the highest level of representation.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic legal plans tailored to their unique family situations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisement.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and attention to detail.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating for their best interests.
• Maintain open and empathetic communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout the legal process.
• Work closely with our legal team to foster a collaborative environment and share insights for case development and strategy enhancement.

• Experience in family law litigation, with a focus on divorce, child custody, and support matters.
• Ability to develop strategic legal plans that align with clients' goals and family dynamics.
• Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable settlements while minimizing conflict.
• Ability to conduct thorough legal research and apply findings effectively in cases.
• Experience advocating for clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments confidently.
• Compassionate approach to guiding clients through the emotional aspects of family law proceedings.
