In Alaska, aviation is more than transportation, it’s a critical part of everyday life. From remote access and backcountry operations to commercial and recreational flying, the products we manufacture help keep aircraft operating safely and reliably where performance matters most.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our production team. The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. • Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).

• Make machine adjustments and offsets to maintain tolerances and quality standards.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work area.

• Record production data, quality checks, and machine performance issues.

• Follow all safety protocols and report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

• Other duties as assigned by team and leadership.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical training or certification preferred.

• 1–3 years of any CNC machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.

• Proficient with measuring tools and basic math skills.

• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Capable of independently managing small projects.
