  • Prepare executive-ready presentations and present findings to executive leadership, business unit leaders, and product managers.
  • Lead workstreams independently and contribute across multiple engagements in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
  • Proactively identify key next steps, anticipate risks, and drive project execution forward.
  • Contribute to FMI's thought leadership through articles, research initiatives, and participation in industry publications and events.

Qualifications

  • MBA from a top-tier program preferred; candidates with 4 - 6 years of professional experience in consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or relevant industry roles (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated record of high performance, intellectual curiosity, and taking ownership of complex problems to drive them to resolution.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau), including work with large, complex datasets.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, including experience engaging and influencing sophisticated, challenging audiences.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to exercise sound independent judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
