Looking for an experienced Maximo specialist with advanced expertise in enterprise work management, integrations, financial configuration, and system reliability across complex multi‑environment Maximo landscapes. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve challenging functional and technical issues, including GL account validation errors, workflow logic defects, data integrity problems, and cross‑system integration failures.

Skilled in supporting Maximo’s end‑to‑end ecosystem —Work Management, Nuclear, and Supply Chain—while maintaining stability through structured change, incident, and release processes. Highly proficient in Maximo asset and work order lifecycle management, MBO structures, data relationships, interface tables, and automation frameworks.

Hands‑on experience with Maximo Enterprise Services, Publish Channels, ActiveMQ, MuleSoft gateways, and custom Java or automation‑script‑based enhancements. Adept at troubleshooting integration flows between Maximo and S/4 (IDOCs, APIs) and supporting mobile solutions such as Maximo Mobile Work Order, Work Approvals, Condition Reporting, and Asset Manager. Strong cross‑functional collaborator with experience leading deployments, patching cycles, environment outages, and release planning.

Well‑versed in coordinating enhancements, supporting on‑call operations, validating changes across DEV/ACCP/PROD environments, and ensuring controlled, high‑quality releases. Effective mentor and knowledge‑transfer lead, partnering with business stakeholders to align requirements, streamline processes, and ensure operational readiness.
