Job description

Max Air Trampoline Park in Kennewick, WA is looking for a strong worker to join our team. We are located on 731 N Columbia Center Blvd Suite 100 A. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.

Job Description: Lifeguard

Position Reports to: Park Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift Leads

Job Purpose Summary: Ensure all guests have a safe and enjoyable time at the park.

Key Responsibilities:

  • -Supervise guests and ensure they are following all park rules.
  • -Greet guests and help them complete waivers.
  • -Test and inspect park trampolines for safety and maintenance issues.
  • -Party set-up and clean-up.
  • -Keep park areas clean.
  • -Janitorial duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, jump, and move around for long periods of time. Ability to watch and communicate. Ability to lift 20 lbs. or less.

Key Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to understand and use various computer software
  • Ability to work nights and weekends REQUIRED
  • Must become certified in CPR and first aid within the first few weeks of employment.

Job Type: Part-time


Pay: $16.26 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
