Maui Brewing Co. Kailua is looking for top-notch prep cooks to join our craft 'ohana!


Job Title: Prep Cook

Location: Maui Brewing Co. Kailua

Status: Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay Rate: $18-$19/hour + tips (AND get early access to your wages before payday through DailyPay)

Tips: All kitchen team members also receive tips (service fee - 2% of all food sales) added to their paycheck, adding an additional $1-$3 per hour


Summary of Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Be on time, ready to work, and willing to learn
  • Learn and support other stations as needed

Summary of Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of of related experience preferred
  • Good time management and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and ability to follow direction
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and use hands throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in hot, cold, and fast-paced environments
  • Follows health & safety standards (cut gloves, non-slip shoes, etc.)
  • Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts
