Job Description

The Opportunity: 

Provide excellent customer service to Mattel Toy Store customers and drive store sales.

Must be able to work a minimum 3 days per week including Saturday. Full time hours are available though.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Operate Point of Sale (POS) device and process payments for all guests.
  • Enter new customers and update existing customers in the POS system accurately and with correct membership type.
  • Maintain an orderly and clean workstation.
  • Actively engage with customers to promote weekly specials, add on items and other values and deals.
  • Close POS, document sales transactions, track sales metrics and provide reports to management on sales performance and customer feedback at the end of each shift.
  • Leave a lasting impression as the FACE of Mattel.

Customer Service

  • Greet every customer and provide a friendly and welcoming environment.
  • Actively engage with customers to determine their needs and make appropriate product recommendations using comprehensive product knowledge information.
  • Promote products, explain features and benefits, and recommend additional products to maximize sales.
  • Meet daily service and sales goals.
Qualifications

  • Must be able to work at least 3 days per week including Saturday. Full time hours are available though.
