Coverage: General Diagnostic and Emergency Radiology (Evenings & Overnights) Neuro Exposure: Occasional neuroradiology studies (~20% in mixed volumes across system-wide worklists)
Position Overview Matrix, the premier internal teleradiology practice within Radiology Partners, is seeking a Remote Teleradiologist to support general diagnostic imaging across evening and overnight coverage hours. This role is ideal for radiologists who enjoy a broad case mix, value efficiency and autonomy, and want the flexibility of a fully remote, physician-led practice with strong operational support.
Compensation Update (SIGNIFICANT INCREASE) We have recently implemented a significant compensation increase, including: • Matrix-specific neuroradiology modifiers • Increased TBWU rates across applicable work types • Premium compensation for neuro-heavy studies when encountered • Enhanced RVU/TBWU alignment to better reflect complexity and acuity • Overall upward revision in earning potential across evening and overnight shifts Even in a general diagnostic role, neuro studies are compensated at a premium rate structure when present within the worklist mix
Shift Details (CST) • Evenings: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM • Early Overnights: 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM • Overnights: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM • Scheduling Options: 7-on/7-off or 7-on/14-off • Independent Contractor Option: ~40 hours/month (including ~18 weekend hours)

Candidate Profile We are seeking radiologists comfortable with a broad general radiology workload across evening and overnight shifts. • Experience in General Diagnostic Radiology preferred • Comfortable with CT, ultrasound, X-ray, and routine inpatient/outpatient imaging • Exposure to neuroradiology studies a plus (with premium compensation when applicable) • ABR or AOBR board eligible/certified • MD or DO, Diagnostic Radiology residency trained • Fellows and graduating residents encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits • $475,000 - $900,000 base compensation range • Recently enhanced compensation structure with Matrix-specific neuro modifiers and increased TBWU rates • Premium pay applied to neuro studies within general diagnostic workflows • Annual discretionary bonus eligibility • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), telehealth, wellness • Final compensation based on experience, training, and productivity
