Job Summary: 

The LogisticsSupervisor owns the day-to-day operation of Entripy's Oakville warehouse -from the moment product arrives at the dock to the moment it leaves for theclient. You will lead a team of shippers and receivers, manage carrierrelationships, enforce SOPs, and keep a time-sensitive, high-volume fulfillmentfloor running without disruption. This role requires someone who is organized,decisive, and thrives in an operational environment where every hour has a harddeadline.


Pay Range:  $55,000 - $65,000 annually


Responsibilities:

DailyOperations & Scheduling

       Own thedaily operational rhythm including our pick ups from our vendors

       Confirmovernight purchase orders are received and flagged before the morning rush

       Coordinatesame-day delivery staging, ensuring all orders are ready by 1:00 PM

       MonitorMicrosoft Teams for shipping inquiries

       Managerecurring fulfillment programs

Inbound& Receiving

       Overseereceipt of all incoming stock and supply POs

       Prioritizestock within 24-48 hours of arrival and move to production lanes

       Verifybox and skid counts for all inbound product; escalate discrepancies

Carrier& Freight Management

       Managecarrier relationships: Contact carrier for daily parcel volume

       CompareLTL quotes for skid-or-larger shipments

       Arrangebackup courier coverage when standard options cannot meet deadlines

       Coordinatewith our drivers; provide sales with advance heads-up on outbound loads

TeamLeadership & Rotation

       Managethe weekly role rotation matrix to ensure cross-training and prevent burnout

       Buildand maintain a culture of efficiency, accountability, and continuousimprovement on the warehouse floor

Systems& Compliance

       Maintainaccurate records in the Van Delivery Schedule and all tracking master sheets

       Supportthe development and maintenance of SOPs for all warehouse workflows
 

Skills andQualifications:

       3-5years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or fulfillment supervisory role

       Hands-onexperience with an ERP system - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is astrong asset

       Provenability to manage carrier relationships and LTL freight quoting

       Strongorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitivedeadlines simultaneously

       Experienceleading and scheduling a warehouse team, including rotation and coverageplanning

       Proficientwith Microsoft Teams, Excel, and general business software

       Clearcommunicator - comfortable escalating issues quickly and concisely

       Forkliftcertification is an asset
