Job description

Salary Range: $95,000–$118,000 CAD annually, will be determined as per candidate’s skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.



YOUR ROLE

The Regional CRM Senior Specialist is the single accountable owner for CRM roadmap adoption, governance, and change delivery within the Europe region, supporting CEVA Logistics’ CRM transformation. The role is 100% dedicated to CRM and reports directly to the Regional Sales Excellence Responsible and functionally to the Global CRM Team Manager.


C‑View Boost program has moved CRM into continuous delivery mode, expanding scope from product, UX driven updates and improvement to CRM Analytics capacities, AI use cases, Sales Performance Management (SPM), and data model/hierarchy transformation in accordance with IT systems convergence (MDM/OneTMS/CDP).



WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Own CRM adoption, training, and change management across the region
  • Is the direct interface to the global CRM Team and regionally mandated by RSE to drive CRM within the region
  • Enforce CRM standards, governance, and data quality discipline
  • Act as regional interface between Global CRM, Regional Sales Effectiveness, and Sales teams
  • Lead regional rollout of CRM releases
  • Design and deploy regional dashboards, reports, and processes
  • Identify risks, raise escalations, and advise on regional readiness for upcoming releases• Eliminate parallel tools and ensure CRM is the single source of truth



WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • College Degree
  • 5-10 years of experience, mid‑Senior to Senior experience in CRM, Sales Operations, or Change Management
  • Strong governance mindset with regional execution capability
  • Proven ability to drive adoption in complex, matrix environments
  • Knowledgeable in CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Experience in complex environment and/or transformation related experiences
  • Experience with Project management and training skills is preferred
