Job description

NSF is seeking a Global Sales Director to lead the Food Service North America sales team and oversee matrix reporting for international markets. This role is fully accountable for delivering the global sales target, not only in North America but across all international regions. The Global Sales Director is responsible for achieving the global sales figures by effectively managing and influencing teams through a matrix reporting structure. In addition, this role will develop and execute global sales strategies, expand client relationships, and drive business growth. The Global Sales Director will ensure that established sales targets are achieved for each region, manage and motivate teams, and ensure adherence to sales processes and policies.
