About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our Parry Labs team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost, schedule, and performance of direct B2B subcontracts for DOD prime contractors.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Use core Program Management skills to manage the cost, schedule, and performance of multiple programs.
  • Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the program.
  • Serve as the primary interface with external customer and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all materials and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution.
  • Identify program opportunities including internal efficiencies to be gained.
  • Work in a collaborative team environment on complex tasks.
  • Drive technical excellence by setting program standards and enabling execution.
  • Provide overall leadership and direction to an integrated product team.
  • Forecast financial performance.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms and conditions.
  • Identify opportunities for increased scope, follow on work, and new programs within business to business.
  • Work with Business Development and Customer Liaisons on growth activities such as proposal development, quoting activities, and visiting customers.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of DOD industry experience
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in a related field
  • 10+ years of technical project or program management experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DOD Secret Clearance
  • Skilled in MS Office products and MS Project
  • Flexibility and resiliency in dynamic environments
  • Experience with earned value management
  • Self-directed and able to work independently/remotely
  • Ability to support travel up to 30%
  • Preference for PMP certificate
  • Preference for experience working with Redstone PEO Aviation and/or Ft Campbell SIMO and MALET.
