Coordonne les activites avec les departements exterieurs a l'usine tels que le service client, le marketing, l'ingenierie et l'informatique.

Responsable du budget des services d'achats et de controle de production, ainsi que des services d'expedition et de reception. Gere 20 millions d'inventaire. Maintient les niveaux de stocks grace a des achats controles de plus de 100 millions de dollars par an.

Comment allez-vous proceder:

  • Diriger des projets d'amelioration pour atteindre les objectifs cles de l'usine afin d'ameliorer la disponibilite des stocks et de reduire les stocks.

  • Gererles problemes quotidiens pour repondre aux besoins de production, tels que l'expedition du materiel, l'etablissement des priorites et la resolution des problemes.

  • Coordonnerles activites du planificateur principal, l'edition des commandes et le traitement des commandes.

  • Utilisation et/ou mise en uvre efficaces des systemes ERP/MRP. Participe aux reunions de l'ECN et de l'equipe produit pour guider l'orientation des changements et des ameliorations du produit.

  • Gererle personnel des services de reception, de stockage et d'expedition.

  • Dirigerla chaine d'approvisionnement de l'usine et cherche a ameliorer continuellement les performances des fournisseurs.

  • S'assure que toutes les activites du departement sont conformes aux regles Sarbanes-Oxley et aux meilleures pratiques de l'entreprise.

  • Analyserles informations pour identifier les problemes ou les opportunites et elabore des plans pour resoudre ces problemes.

  • Responsable des performances de securite de conduite au sein de l'usine pour atteindre le statut de securite JCI (objectif: aucune blessure enregistrable ou avec perte de temps).

  • Effectuer des observations/inspections de securite selon les besoins.

Ce que nous recherchons:

  • Baccalaureat dans un domaine connexe et trois (3) a cinq (5) annees d'experience en gestion des materiaux. En l'absence d'un diplome de quatre (4) ans dans un domaine d'etudes approprie, un total de huit (8) annees d'experience connexe est requis.

  • Experience complete dans les outils d'achat, d'expedition et de reception, ainsi que de gestion des stocks (comptage cyclique)

  • Maitrise des applications ERP et Microsoft Suite
