Job description

The following job/task functions have been identified as the core functions of this position. However, the supervisor or manager may assign additional duties associated with this position.


· Responsible for logging job releases, review releases for long lead items, and delegate them to junior analysts

· Responsible for making adjustments, communicating the adjustments to Finance and entering the approved adjustments into QAD.

· Responsible for updating tracking spreadsheets accurately.

· Assists in overseeing all inventory transactions and reporting findings to leadership team.

· Collect project requirements and meeting with project teams regularly to coordinate tasks and resolve conflicts

· Managing project schedules, updating project documentation, determining which tasks to prioritize and ensuring the timely completion of deliverables.

· Analyze invoice issues, resolve, and approve for payment.

· Responsible for assisting in the accurate maintenance of inventory and records, and timely entry of receipts into the business system.

· Analyze material receipts for errors, track errors, and report out daily..

· Responsible for special projects assigned.

Assist with plant activities to achieve quality, productivity and cost reduction goals

Required Experience
