Job Description:

This position is full time, 40 hours per week, primarily Night Shift, 11:00pm-7:30am. Schedule will include working weekends and rotating holidays. Schedule will also include working Day and Evening Shifts as required.

Efficiently provide and maintain the consumable materials supply chain and related services in support of client organizations at Highland Hospital as outlined below or directed by the Materials Management Supervisor/Periop Supply Chain Supervisor. Work hours are dependent on demand for services and includes weekends, off-shifts, and holidays as required.

Salary Range:

$18.89 - $25.56 an hour

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: High school graduate or GED; or equivalent experience

  2. Experience: 1-3 years previous storeroom/receiving or similar materials handling experience preferred; Materials experience in a hospital setting is preferred; computer inventory software systems programs experience highly desirable; basic spreadsheet and software communications experience highly desirable

  3. License/Certification Required: none.

  4. Skills: Interpersonal; Microsoft skills; beginner level of proficiency in computer equipment / communications / spreadsheet software.
