DePuy Synthes is recruiting for anIPIM Professional,locatedin Raynham, MA
TheIPOperationalProfessional plays a key role in supporting DePuy Synthes' intellectual property and innovation management activities. This position partners closely withlegal, R&D, and business stakeholders to help protect, manage, andleverageintellectual property assets across the product lifecycle. The role offers exposure to innovative medical technologies and contributes directly to safeguarding the company's competitive advantage while enabling responsible growth and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support intellectual property intake, review, and evaluation processes for inventions, disclosures, and related documentation.

  • Coordinate withlegal, R&D, and business partners to track IP matters, deadlines, and deliverables.

  • Work with outside vendors to support themaintenance of IP management systems, databases, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Managerenewals and maintenance feepayment processing.

  • Prepare reports, summaries, and basic analyses related to intellectual property portfolios and activities.

  • Coordinate patent and trademark acquisitions and divestitures in an efficient manner.

  • Support patent, trademark, or other IPrelated workflows, including external counsel coordination under guidance.

  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff tomaintainand update intellectual property procedures and policies for DePuy Synthes

  • Contribute toothercontinuous improvement initiatives for IP and legal operational processes.

  • Apply company policies in all daily interactions and work activities.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degreerequired(e.g., Legal Studies, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field).
