Job description

American Credit Acceptance LLC seeks a Director, Business Analytics to manage and develop a team of Strategy Analysts to lead analytical projects to direct the development of business strategies and drive profit to ensure customer satisfaction. Determine pricing opportunities through data analysis of complex and financial information to meet the needs of corporate objectives. Provide analytical customer insight and expert advice. Perform analysis and documentation of business requirements. Maintain strategy and knowledge of current tools, technology and methodologies for the business. Drive daily departmental operations by providing recommendations based on complex financial analysis to improve efficiency across functional areas. #LI-DNI
 
Position requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance or a related field and 2 years of experience with business intelligence analysis. Experience must include at minimum: 2 years of experience analyzing and interpreting statistical data to perform analyses, developing data visualization, interactive reporting, and business intelligence; 2 years of experience with applying quantitative methods, including predictive models, stochastic modeling, process control, experimental design, regression analysis, financial analysis, and process mapping; 2 years of experience in developing key strategies to achieve business results; 2 years of experience with pricing modeling and creating financial returns; and 2 years of experience with conducting regression analysis, return on assets (“ROA”) or net present value (“NPV”), SQL, Tableau, Excel, R, Python, and forecasting.
