Location - Remote with quarterly PI planning travel
Must be Sr level with great comm skills, ADO, SAFe, and ability to drive change in an enterprise / cross functional environment.

Key experience

  • Prior experience as scrum master
  • (preferred) experience with Scaled Agile especially enterprise transformation
  • willingness to both handle scrum master duties (run stand ups, sprint planning, maintain ADO) and support inexperienced PMs and POs in transitioning to an agile way of working.
