Location: Wilmington, NC, Shallotte, NC
Location Type: On-site
Pay Range: $25 – $32 per hour

Overview

Ace Handyman Services is looking for a highly experienced Master Craftsman with Remodeling Experience to join our team in Coastal North Carolina. This role is ideal for a seasoned remodeling professional with deep experience in residential construction who can confidently lead and complete projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Complete full remodel projects (kitchen, bath, siding, interior and exterior) from start to finish
  • Perform a wide range of home improvement tasks including:
    • Carpentry
    • Drywall repair and installation
    • Flooring installation
    • Window and door installation
    • Minor plumbing and electrical work
  • Maintain high craftsmanship standards and ensure project quality
  • Assist with estimating remodeling jobs and project planning
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team members
  • Travel locally to job sites within the Brunswick County service area
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction
  • Experience across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, flooring, light plumbing, and light electrical
  • Ability to complete full remodeling projects independently from start to finish
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Experience with or comfort estimating remodeling jobs
  • Must currently reside in Brunswick County or Wilmington, NC
