Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) to lead complex architectural initiatives and drive innovation across ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will bring a deep technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform, strong hands-on experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture design, strategy, and governance for enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.
Contribute to M&A projects, including integration of multiple ServiceNow instances.
Provide expert guidance on ITAM, Discovery, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules.
Develop, review, and optimize scripts, integrations, and workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver innovative solutions.
Present architecture recommendations and technical strategies to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience architecting ServiceNow solutions.
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification (mandatory).
Strong hands-on expertise in:
IT Asset Management (ITAM)
Discovery
Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, etc.)
Proven ability to work independently and drive results in complex environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in integrating multiple ServiceNow platforms during mergers and acquisitions.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
