  • 7 plus years of professional experience with a focus on ServiceNow Solution Design.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in advising on the strategic use of ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies across all key current programs and prospective customers.
  • A strong background in ServiceNow proposals and projects.
  • Experience with Enterprise Service Management Solutions.
  • ITIL certification and best practices experience.
