The Work:
The Senior Architect is a highly experienced and certified ServiceNow Architect ready to lead and design the integration of ServiceNow Platform solutions. The Senior Architect will possess an in-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform's capabilities and its integration with third-party technologies. They will ensure all designs created are reusable, reliable, and adaptive and oversee application architecture and develop roadmaps while being able to ask and answer advanced technical questions.

Here's what You Need:

  • 8+ Years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including platform architecture and enterprise module implementation
  • Proven Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Demonstrated expertise in deploying modules such as GenAI, ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HAM, HR, SPM, IRM, and CMDB
  • Extensive experience across the platform and with integrated third-party technologies
  • One or more of the following ServiceNow certifications:
    • ServiceNow Technical Architect certification
    • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
    • Certified System Analyst (CSA)
    • Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)

Bonus Points If:

  • Certified Master Architect (CMA)
  • Advanced Degree
  • 10+ years of industry experience
  • Proven experience integrating AI technologies into ServiceNow
  • Experience with federal standards and requirements
  • Additional Industry certifications such as PMP, Cloud, etc.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication, presentation skills, project management, and mentoring skills
