Job description

Role : ServiceNow Architect

Type : Contract / CTH / Full-Time

Location : Dallas, TX

  • Must Have CTA or CMA certifications
  • Experienceย required -15 โ€“ 20 years of experience.

Therefore, overall, a well-rounded technical profile with the above mentioned certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and technical strategy for ServiceNow implementations across multiple business domains.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, flexible, and secure ServiceNow solutions.
  • Oversee governance and enforce architectural standards, design principles, and development best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and other architects to define and deliver high-value solutions.
  • Provide architectural leadership on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and CMDB.
  • Create and maintain high-level architectural documentation including roadmaps, blueprints, and integration diagrams.
  • Support enterprise integration strategies with third-party tools and systems (e.g., Azure, AWS, SAP, Jira).
  • Conduct performance tuning, system reviews, and scalability assessments.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects, developers, and platform administrators.

Required Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) โ€“ Required
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) โ€“ Required
  • Additional certifications such as CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) in ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or ITOM โ€“ Preferred
  • 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and design
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), API integrations (REST/SOAP), and custom application development
  • Proven experience in multi-instance, enterprise-scale deployments
  • Solid understanding of ITIL and Agile/DevOps frameworks
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
