Caregivers at Masonic Care facilities often work with elderly residents who have diverse medical and emotional needs, which can present unique challenges such as managing complex healthcare routines, supporting residents with dementia, and navigating end-of-life care. Additionally, caregivers must work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams—including nurses, social workers, and family members—to ensure comprehensive, person-centered care.
