Whether it's families, friends, or corporate teams, guests will step into the action for an unforgettable experience - and we need stellar leadership to help us bring it to life.
Your Role As a Manager
As a Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading team members, and ensuring every guest has a smooth, exciting, and memorable experience. You'll set the tone for energy, safety, and service while keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day floor operations and guest flow
  • Lead and support front-line staff to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Manage team schedules, breaks, and shift transitions
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and care
  • Ensure all interactive rooms and equipment are functioning safely and properly
  • Monitor team performance and coach staff to meet performance goals
  • Collaborate with upper management on staffing, events, and improvements
  • Uphold safety protocols and operational procedures

Qualifications:
  • Prior supervisory or management experience, preferably in attractions, hospitality, retail, or entertainment
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to stay calm and organized in a dynamic, high-energy environment
  • Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
  • Basic tech troubleshooting or operational experience is a plus
  • Passion for interactive experiences, games, or entertainment is a huge bonus!
