Evening Cube Care Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Location: Columbia MD 21046
Shift Timings: There will be follow up calls HOURS: Mon-Thurs 8a-7p and Fri 8a-6p. With that being said they need to be flexible. He/She WILL work 2 evening shifts/week (evening shift defined as staying until 7 pm Mon-Thurs or staying until 6 pm on Friday). The work schedule WILL NOT be adjusted. After the training a schedule will be developed for the worker. Training is 3 weeks Mon - Fri from 8:30 am - 5:00. However, the candidate will be assigned his/her fixed work schedule between the 4th and 6th week on the assignment.

Note:

• Selected candidates will be licensed in VA and DC. Those candidates licensed in VA should reside in Northern VA; in cities such as: Alexandria, Arlington, Annandale, Chantilly, Fairfax, Falls Church, Leesburg, Ashburn, Vienna, McLean and Sterling. The VA candidates have the POTENTIAL to work remote after training depending on their success in training. Please list the city the candidate resides in at the top of the resume under the candidate's name. This hiring group is requiring that candidates start the process to obtain their MD licenses within 30 days of completing training. Company will pay for the license. Required licenses are: Licensed as a LCSW-C or LCPC or LCMFT. The candidate must be comfortable in a cubicle environment, able to type and talk at the same time at a conversational pace and able to navigate through multiple systems.

• Must have 5 TOTAL years of Post Masters Experience. There is a need for these positions because of growth. Their growth has tripled in the past year. There is a team of roughly 45. These candidates will be in a cube setting working from the phone. The calls can last 30+ mins depending on the nature of the call. They will receive the calls from the Care Workers and will assess the needs and determine the best resources. There will be follow up calls HOURS: Mon-Thurs 8a-7p and Fri 8a-6p. COMPUTER LITERATE: Must be computer literate. Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office and know how to send and receive an e-mail, attach a document, accept meeting invites, work in Word, Excel (be able to sort and filter data). Not a lot in PowerPoint. They are HEAVY IM and email users so they must be familiar. The candidate MUST be able to type and talk at the same time.

EXPERIENCE: They need a Masters level behavioral health clinician with 5 years' post master experience that is licensed to practice independently. If you have a candidate who is interested in this position and meets the requirement, including having the VA or DC license.
