Job Description

We're looking for a reliable and efficient Electric Bike Delivery Specialist to join our delivery team in Champaign, United States. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering packages safely and on time using our fleet of electric bikes. You'll navigate the local streets of Champaign, manage multiple deliveries, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while contributing to our growing last-mile delivery operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Execute timely and accurate deliveries using electric bikes throughout the Champaign area
  • Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time
  • Maintain detailed records of deliveries, including package tracking and customer signatures
  • Perform basic maintenance and safety checks on electric bikes before and after shifts
  • Handle packages with care, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service during all delivery interactions
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company delivery protocols
  • Report any mechanical issues, damaged packages, or delivery obstacles to management
  • Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status and any delays
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively in the community
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in delivery operations or a similar customer-facing logistics role
  • Proficiency in riding bicycles and comfort operating electric bikes
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries
  • Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and delivery management software
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional communication abilities
  • Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Valid driver's license or government-issued identification
