Topaz Labs

Dallas, TX • On-site

Full-time

Posted 28 days ago

Job description

Topaz Labs produces AI imaging technology that helps over 1 million paying customers (including teams at Google, Nvidia, and NASA) maximize the visual quality of over 1 billion photos and videos. We are profitable and growing fast, with strong product-market fit and a vast market in front of us.

We've grown the team from 20 to 63 in the last 3 years, and now it's time to scale recruiting to match our high growth trajectory. To help us do this, we're looking for a mission-driven and passionate Principal Recruiter to partner with our CEO and take ownership of our sourcing strategy and recruiting engine. This is a unique opportunity for a smart, scrappy, and motivated individual to help build our rocket right from the launchpad.
About us:
  • Rocketship growth and opportunity for impact ($3M $48M revenue in six years)
  • Over 1 million customers (including companies like Apple, NASA, Nvidia) have used us for over 1 billion photos. Our tech has been covered by Fast Company, The Verge, Engadget, Mashable, BBC, and Fox News
  • World-class team that executes quickly, obsesses about the customer experience, and promotes from within
  • Profitable company with infinite runway
About you:
  • 5+ years in technology recruiting, ideally within AI
  • You're the same kind of person that you'll be looking for: you're deeply passionate about your work and possess an unusually strong work ethic.
  • You have an effective approach to sourcing past simple boolean searches on LinkedIn. (What's one thing you do differently from other recruiters?)
  • You're execution-focused and obsessed with making the details great.
  • You're a great written and verbal communicator.
This is a great opportunity for the perfect person to shape our culture by building our recruiting team from the ground up. We offer strong base salary plus significant ownership that scales with the company's growth. We also offer 100% covered medical/dental/vision for employees, 15 days annual PTO plus holidays, and 401k matching. This is a full-time on-site role in Dallas, TX, and we will ask you to relocate if you're not in the area.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
