Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team and oversee the front desk and guest services operations of our hotel. This Manager will be responsible for managing a team of guest service agents, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, and providing excellent customer service to guests. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of guest service agents, including all scheduling, required Marriott training, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee the daily operation of the front desk, including handling guest check-ins, check-outs, groups, and special requests
  • Ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to the Marriott standards, including maintaining a clean and organized lobby area and adhering to safety protocols
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, including assisting with questions and needs and handling complaints and concerns
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and restocking as needed
  • Complete daily financial and operational tasks, such as reconciling the register and completing shift reports

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a guest services manager or in a leadership role in the hospitality industry
