Hotel Operations Supervisor
Location: Mishawaka, IN 46545
Property: Courtyard by Marriott

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple departments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations across front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food amp; beverage departments.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
  • Assist in staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain adequate supplies.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for enhancing operational efficiency and guest experience.
